Humble Candles Co. reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) delayed by postal services.


Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to read the product descriptions before ordering to get a better idea of our scents. 

If your order was damaged during the shipping process, send us a picture of the damaged item and we will gladly send you a replacement. This must be done within 3 days of receiving your order.

However, should you feel dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right! We are grateful for each and every client and we will do everything in our power to make it right!
